Two-storey side extension on a Victorian semi. As an architect I am picky about detail, and the tolerances they held to were spot on. Brickwork courses ran true, joinery was crisp, the rendering was even and the rainwater goods went in straight. Hard to fault.

A full bathroom refurbishment, strip-out to tile finish. The team arrived at eight every morning, worked through, and swept up before leaving the site. The plumbing first-fix was done to the millimetre. Genuinely the easiest builder experience we have had.
